Questions we get asked
Where can I get a DJI Agras repaired in South Africa?
Precision AG is a DJI-approved repair centre, so approved repairs on Agras and Enterprise machines happen here rather than being shipped overseas.
Do you use genuine DJI parts?
Yes. Original DJI parts only, including props, batteries, pumps and sensors. No pattern spares, which matters for both warranty and the way the machine flies afterwards.
How long does a drone repair take?
We give an honest assessment and timeline up front rather than a standard promise, because a cracked arm and a flight-control fault are not the same job. You will know when you are flying again before we start.
Do you service drones bought somewhere else?
Talk to us. Grey imports and machines from other dealers are exactly where parts and firmware support get complicated, and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do with it.
