1. Who we are

Precision AG Farming Services ("Precision AG", "we"), an authorised DJI reseller operating in South Africa. Our information officer can be reached at info@pagfs.co.za.

2. What we collect

Only what you give us and the minimum needed to run the site:

We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver services you request, and (if you signed up) send you news on specials and events. Nothing else.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

5. Who we share it with

The site is hosted by Netlify, and enquiries you send through the contact form are received and stored by Netlify Forms before reaching us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp. We never sell your information.

6. Cross-border transfers

Our form and hosting providers process data outside South Africa with appropriate safeguards in place.

7. How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which it is deleted.

8. Your rights under POPIA

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing info@pagfs.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS across the whole site.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the last revision.
